Payment:
Payments are processed thru UsaEpay.com. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Ordering & Shipping:
All orders Placed are shipped within 1-3 Business days Monday to Friday. Any Additional Changes to your order will be sent to you via email, these changes can be "Shipped", "Completed"  Statuses. We will contact you via phone or email if we have questions regarding your order.

Shipping:
We ship all packages through USPS, FedEx or UPS.  From the time your order is shipped please allow at least 7-10 business days for the delivery of your package. Business days are Monday to Friday. All shipped or Completed orders will be emailed to you with Carrier tracking information.

Military Bases APO & FPO's:
All order being sent to Military Bases or APO/FPO will be shipped USPS Priority Mail (Standard Shipping times apply).

Sales Tax:
We are required to charge the sales tax of 8% to residents of  California, and this will be automatically calculated at checkout. 

Return Policy:
Okaybabs.net stands firmly behind all of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. All items are subject to a full refund (less shipping and handling costs). Upon receipt of your order, please carefully check it against the invoice provided to you online to insure that all is correct. Please keep all packaging materials and slips should you need to return an item(s).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within (24 Hours) of receipt. Products to be returned must be in the originals package with all original materials and in the same condition as when received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will not allow returns on items that have gone past the (2) Business day limit.

You MUST obtain an RMA prior to any Returns.
After contacting this office, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The return must be shipped within (2) days. Everything must be intact. Your refund will be issued via the same payment method (Credit Card) , unless other arrangements have been made.

Customer Negligence:
Any damages sustained by acts of negligence are not the responsibility of Okaybabs.net
And items can not be refunded, exchanged or returned.

Defective Product :
If you receive a defective product please follow the RMA instructions above. We will make arrangements to have a replacement item right away, at no additional cost to you.

Clearance Sale Items/Layaway Plans:
Items sold as clearance sale items or Layaway are FINAL sales no returns, exchanges.
